i was googling and chance upon this web that says, "ways to stay fit and healthy".
-watch no more than 2hours of TV per day
-eat 4gram of fibres in every meal/snack
-sleep at least 7 hours a night
-drink 8glasses of water per day
-shave 10points off your glycemic load

haha. after reading through, i realised that i have been leading an unhealthy lifestyle( actually i realised it long ago.) firstly, i hardly sleeps because i will be spending my nights(midmights) doing projects. i used the laptop frequently especially when there are tons of projects to be done-.- so there isnt much time for me to go for toilet breaks(i will go to the toilet only when my splinter muscles cant take it), let alone going to the kitchen to grab a drink. well actually i do make a trip to the kitchen(especially the fridge) to dig for food but not H20. JUNKFOOD!! i eat alot when im feeling stressed or when there's to much projects to be done.T_T im a big eater recently. i craved for food easily. i eat so much that im gaining weight ): well then, i guessed i will never be able to fulfill point no.3(sleep at least 7 hours a night). that's why i hate school and projects so much!!! T_T
