Life can be so overwhelmingly depressing at times, Lord, and Your help is my only hope. If You don’t help me, I am lost, and my life is over. Speak to me through Your word each day as I study and think of You. You are the one I trust. Show me the best path to take in all the decisions I face. danger lurks from every side, and I am in need of Your rescue. Lead me by Your Spirit on to a position of firm footing. Amen.
