hello people, as promised esp. DEBRA LIM! im updating my blog now(:
anyway, im officially having holidays now. yay. well, im like jobless now. its so hard to find a job currently. i've been to 3 agencies and i've called up AC. so meanwhile, im rotting at home, anticipating calls from them(: well, not exactly slacking around, but im gonna read a chapter or so of the book called"How big is your God" by Ed Bulkley, spent time praying for cell and 5friends, clean up my room and not forgetting to dbsk-ing and suju-ing. WAHAHA(:
well, im listening to dbsk's song right now and their acapella is awesome 0.0!! powerful flawless voice they've got! ooo, i just being so random D:
anyway, i was reading through some webs and it was talking abt "christians shouldnt fear death". ooo, if someone takes out a gun and point at me right now, most probably i will be shivering with fear!!!
Hebrews 2:14-15 Because God's children are human beings made of flesh and blood the Son also became flesh and blood. For only as a human being could he die, and only by dying could he break the power of the devil, who had the power of death. Only in this way could he set free all who have lived their lives as slaves to the fear of dying.
God's power is greater than Satan's.
Jesus came to die so we could be free from Satan's power over us.
If we still fear death, then we haven't yet drawn close enough to God.
Closeness to God removes the fear of dying.
Until we truly believe God's power is greater, Satan's power hold us in slavery.
it just sets me thinking?!!! i need to pray about it(:
